Which products are available?

This website lists sleep masks, silk pillowcases, scrunchies, travel accessories, casual apparel, fabric-care products, and related comfort accessories, with current selections and specifications on each product page.

Will I receive free delivery?

Checkout is the final source for any free-shipping eligibility and delivery price.

What is the normal schedule?

Allow roughly 1–2 business days for preparation and an estimated 2–4 business days for carrier transit. The estimate can change and is not a promise.

What if I prefer a different item or ordered the wrong one?

Request a mailed return or exchange no later than 30 days after delivery. A non-defective return must still be new, unused, and in original condition with packaging, labels, and accessories.

Are there return charges?

The package includes a free return label. We assess no restocking fee, and an unauthorized parcel should not be mailed.

How are product or fulfillment problems handled?

For damage, a defect, a wrong item, or a missing component, provide the order number, checkout email, explanation, and useful photos or video of the product and packaging.

When is an approved refund issued?

We process it back to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Provider posting time may be longer.
