Delivery availability

Eligible sleep masks, silk pillowcases, scrunchies, travel accessories, casual apparel, fabric-care products, and related comfort accessories may be delivered only to destinations that appear as available at checkout. Carrier coverage, product characteristics, or regional limitations can prevent shipment to some addresses.

Order handling

In ordinary conditions, we need approximately 1–2 business days to ready an order. Carrier travel is expected to take about 2–4 business days after handoff. Neither period is guaranteed; holidays, weather, demand, security checks, transportation interruptions, and distant locations may add time.

Checkout information and charges

Checkout determines whether free shipping applies and shows the final charge. A customer is responsible for entering a deliverable address plus a correct email and phone number. Inaccurate details may cause delay, return, or failed delivery.

Updates and exceptions

We send tracking information when supplied by the carrier. If movement stops, a package appears lost, tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, or the parcel or goods are damaged, send the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and relevant details. Photos of the item and outer packaging can help us investigate. Delivery restrictions and carrier findings may affect the available outcome.
