Thirty-day return and exchange option

Both defective and non-defective goods may be returned by mail, and exchanges are accepted. Customers may apply within 30 days of delivery, including when they change their mind, prefer something else, or chose the wrong product. We also handle goods that arrive broken, flawed, incorrect, incomplete, or substantially unlike their description.

Required merchandise condition

A non-defective item must remain new and unused, in its original condition, with the original packaging, tags, and all included accessories. The same materials should be retained whenever a product problem is reported.

Starting a request

Send the order number, the email used at checkout, and an explanation. Photos or video of both merchandise and packaging are required for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing components. Wait for authorization before mailing anything. A prepaid return label is included in the parcel and costs the customer nothing. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchange stock and refund timing

An exchange can be completed only when replacement inventory is available. Following approval, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting by a bank or payment provider can occur afterward.
